A fun, hands-on two hours making silky pasta from scratch — with a homemade sauce to pair it with, and plenty of flour-dusted laughter along the way.

In this hands-on two-hour session, you'll craft silky fresh pasta from scratch — and I'll bring a homemade sauce to pair it with. Expect laughter, flour-dusted hands and a proper taste of Italian comfort.

You'll learn to mix, roll and shape your own dough the traditional way, the skills that turn a simple bag of flour into something special on the table at home.

And there's so much more to come. As the workshops grow, we'll be rolling into new shapes and styles — think ravioli, gnocchi, tortellini and beyond. Come for the classics, then keep coming back to master them all.

When: Launch class: Saturday 26 September 2026 at 11am- and then the last Saturday of each month, 11:00 am (31 October · 28 November)

Where: Churchgate Community Centre, Lutterworth

A hands-on evening of folding, shaping and baking your very own sourdough — go home with a warm loaf, a bubbling starter, and the confidence to bake again.

There's nothing quite like pulling your own crackling loaf from the oven. Over a relaxed two and a half hours, you'll create your very own sourdough starter, learn the rhythm of folding and shaping, and bake a beautiful loaf to call your own.

No experience needed — just bring your curiosity and an appetite. I'll guide you through every step, the way it's done in a real Mediterranean kitchen, explained simply so it sticks when you're back home.

And once you have a starter bubbling away at home, the fun really begins — there's so much more you can make with it. Look out for future recipes and classes, from sweet sourdough pizza to homemade dog biscuits and plenty more I can't wait to share.

You'll leave with:

  • A freshly baked sourdough loaf, still warm from the oven

  • Your own living starter, ready to bake with again

  • The know-how and confidence to make sourdough part of your week
